1. Products and services
We provide educational content, downloadable workplace prompt resources, digital training videos, captions, checklists, and related materials. Product descriptions identify what is included with each purchase. No physical product is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment and checkout may be processed by Shopify and its payment providers. An order is complete only after payment is authorized and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel or refund an order affected by a pricing, technical, fraud, or availability error.
3. Digital delivery
Digital access is delivered to the purchaser using the email address or account information supplied at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting access links and files. Contact us promptly if a confirmed purchase is not delivered or a file cannot be opened.
