1. Individual license
An individual license permits one named purchaser to download, view, and use the materials for personal learning and that person’s own authorized workplace tasks. The purchaser may copy and customize individual prompts and worksheets for their own work.
2. Small-team license
A small-team license permits use by the number of authorized employees stated on the product page and order confirmation within one purchasing organization. Access may not be extended to affiliates, clients, contractors, or additional users unless the order expressly permits it.
3. What you may do
- View and study the purchased materials.
- Use and adapt prompts for authorized personal or workplace tasks.
- Complete worksheets and activities for licensed learners.
- Create ordinary work outputs using the methods taught in the materials.
- Make a reasonable personal backup copy where technically permitted.
4. What you may not do
- Share files, protected links, login credentials, or copies with unlicensed users.
- Upload the materials to a shared drive, learning platform, public site, AI training dataset, or document repository accessible to unlicensed users.
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or give away the materials.
- Remove watermarks, purchaser identifiers, copyright notices, or access controls.
- Record, reproduce, or publicly present course videos except as expressly authorized.
- Use substantial portions of the materials to create a competing toolkit, course, template library, or commercial product.
5. Ownership of your work
This license does not claim ownership of the purchaser’s original workplace content or ordinary outputs created by applying the licensed prompts. Rights in third-party AI outputs may depend on the relevant platform’s terms and applicable law.
6. Confidentiality and workplace authorization
The license does not authorize submission of confidential, personal, regulated, client, or employer information to an AI service. Users must follow applicable law, contracts, organizational policy, and approved-tool requirements.
7. Enforcement and termination
The license may terminate if the purchaser materially violates these terms. Upon termination, unauthorized sharing must stop and unlawfully distributed copies must be removed. Other legal rights and remedies remain available.
8. Buyer identification and delivery records
Purchased files may include the licensed purchaser’s name, purchase email, order number, license type, or other transaction identifier. We may retain reasonable order, fulfillment, access, and download records to administer the license, prevent unauthorized distribution, provide support, and enforce these terms, subject to our Privacy Policy.
